The convention was stocked with bright inventions.
Van Holten Primary School held its highly popular Invention Convention on Thursday, March 27, when the school’s gym was filled with creative inventions and projects.
Van Holten Teacher Kelly Kokotajlo and Van Holten Media Specialist Meghan Kipila served as the coordinators of the exhibition that attracted a large audience.
“Almost 90 third and fourth-grade inventors participated in this year's Invention Convention at Van Holten School,” Ms.Kokotajlo and Ms. Kipila reported. “ Forty-one inventions were presented. The inventors each spoke about their ideas, and the process and shared the invention they created.”
Ms. Kokotajlo and Ms. Kipila also revealed that there was an addition to this year’s event.
“This year, the Bridgewater-Raritan National Honor Society members volunteered to run STEM tables prior to the event. The community was once again inspired by student's creativity and ingenuity at the fair on Thursday, March 27.”
