Dear Van Holten Families,
I hope your family is having a memorable summer. As summer vacation is ending, it is time to get excited for the beginning of a new school year. I am pleased to welcome your family to the 2024 – 2025 school year, which will begin on Wednesday, September 4, 2024. The first day of school is a full day. Van Holten School’s start and end time for an entire school day remains the same (8:55 AM – 3:15 PM).
In the late afternoon of Friday, August 23, 2024, families can learn their child(ren)’s class placement for the school year by accessing PowerSchool. All families should know how to access PowerSchool at this point. If you do not know how to access PowerSchool or are having difficulties, please contact our main office staff at the numbers listed below. All other important information about the start of the school year will be sent to families during the coming weeks.

Back to School Nights are September 25th for grades K-2 and September 26th for grades 3-4.
Open House for students in grades K-1 on September 3rd from 2:00-2:45. Please enter and exit through door 108.
Our faculty, staff, and I are eager to welcome students back and begin the journey ahead.
