The inventors created their projects that ranged from Entertainment/Sports to Health and Safety to Around the House.
These bright students—over 60 of them—were the 3rd and 4th Graders who entered exhibits at the Van Holten Primary School Invention Convention 2024.
These creations for Van Holten’s annual STEAM Expo were on display all day on Wednesday, May 29, in the school's gym where students and staff took their tours.
That evening, family and friends paid a visit to the gym to observe the estimated 38 inventions.
Van Holten Teachers Courtney DeRosa and Kelly Kokotajlo served as the directors for the Invention Convention.
“The children have worked hard on developing creative solutions to everyday problems,” Ms. DeRosa and Ms. Kokotajlo said.
They both added:
“The community was once again inspired by student's creativity and ingenuity at the fair on Wednesday, May 29.”
