BRHS spring choral concert

A vibrant and spectacular performance by the Choirs at Bridgewater-Raritan High School was presented on Wednesday, May 27.

The Bridgewater-Raritan High School auditorium was the theater that evening when the Spring Choral Concert was performed by the high school’s five choirs.

Under the guidance of Lisa Rotondi, the Bridgewater-Raritan High School Choir Director, who was joined on stage by Christopher Fortin on the piano, the evening opened with the singing of the Mixed Choir.

The Select Treble Choir followed with their fine production, while the Glee & Ensembros presented their songs.

The Lorelei Ensemble delivered a sound performance, and the Symphonic Choir closed with a brilliant presentation.

Ms. Rotondi summed up what she believed was a robust school year for her choirs.

"Our spring concert season concluded with our final of three concerts this May — first at the NJ ACDA High School Choral Festival at Rutgers University on May 19, followed by our Spring Concert at Bridgewater-Raritan High School on May 27, and concluding with our Music in the Parks Festival on May 29," she reported

Ms. Rotondi closed the curtain with this statement.

"I was thrilled with the growth each of the choirs displayed all semester, and even in these last few days of honing our work. The singers have much to be proud of."
