Bridegwater-Raritan High School's girls' and boys' swim teams will each face rival Westfied High School in state sectional championship meets on Wednesday, February 12 and Thursday, February13.
Bridgewater-Raritan swept their North 2, Group A semifinals on Monday, Februry 10, at the Greater Somerset Couty YMCA in Bridgewater.
The Bridgewater-Raritan boys' team, ranked No. 3 in the state, cruised past Phillipsburgh High School, 124-46, and the Bridgewater-Raritan girls, ranked No. 17, edged Hillsborough High School, 89-81.
In the North 2, Group A title meets, the Bridgewater-Raritan girls' team will swim against 14th-ranked Westfield on Wednesday, February 12, and the Bridgewater-Raritan boys' squad will clash with Westfield, ranked No. 1 in the state, on Thursday, February 13.
Both state sectional finals will start at 7 p.m. and will be held at the Raritan Bay YMCA in Perth Amboy.
